We are looking for someone with 3-5 years experience building and managing specialty retail organizations and operations, including inventory, logistics, systems, distribution, customer service, and all aspects of retail commerce. This position requires an extremely well organized individual who is both a passionate team leader as well as someone with aptitude for business metrics and financial analysis. Retail Store Manager We’re looking for a Store Manager to manage a new San Francisco retail store. This person has a passion for sales and customer service with a strong eye for visual merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3+ years of retail and/or customer service management experience. Interns Wanted We always have a list of projects for interns. Some of these are require being in our office, and others could be done from Tokyo or Melbourne. We are in need of people in managing systems, operations, and logistics. We also need creative talent who can help us with improving our related to marketing, event planning, social media, and other areas. We also need creative talent who can help us with improving our web overall, guerilla marketing tactics, video work, photography, and creative design projects. If you are self-directed, have project management skills, and some free time, give us a shout. Weekend Sales Associates We're looking for part-time sales associates based in San Francisco who love our brand, our bikes, and helping people get on bikes - and who can work on weekends. The ideal candidates are outgoing, personable, and exude a friendly demeanor. If you're the person that friends and family ask about how to start bicycling in San Francisco, you might be the perfect fit. Qualifications include experience in a sales, retail environment and familiarity with bicycling in San Francisco. Pay is expected to be $15/hour with bonus for exceeding sales objectives. Bike Assembly Mechanics If you have experience assembling bicycles, particularly with a reputable bike shop, we need help assembling our bikes at our 2125 Harrison Street (@ Mariposa) warehouse for customers. These are part-time positions are based in San Francisco. Team players highly encouraged. Pay is expected to be $15/hour. |
