Made in Kentucky, the 198 is the deepest of the Wald baskets and ideal for running weekend errands.

The 198 is their most adaptable and versatile front basket. The two-piece adjustable legs extend up to six inches (legs extend from 12.25 inches to 18.25 inches when mounted to the axle; 12.75 inches to 18.75 inches when mounted to the eyelets). The legs can be mounted to either the fork axle or the eyelets. The longer handlebar clamps offer greater clearance when mounting. As the deepest of all the Wald Baskets, it will suit just about any errand, shopping trip, business meeting, or weekend adventure. The Wald 198 comes with struts that can mount the basket to either your front axle or fork eyelets.
Keep in mind that adding weight to your front handlebars will change the way your bicycle handles. Please don't overload your basket as it can cause difficulty in steering or loss of bike control.

When will I get my order? The processing time depends on several factors but here’s what you can expect for standard (non-peak season) orders:

- UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days + 1 day for processing
- UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days + 1 day for processing
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day + 1 day for processing
Returns: We accept returns on items in new condition within 30 days. In order to avoid shipping damage, please make sure to package your order in the same manner as you received it. You will need to pay for the cost of return shipping, but we will gladly ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge. Final Sale items may not be returned.
